CNES position statement on Vaccines

CNES strongly asserts principals of informed consent, personal belief, medical, religious, and philosophic exemptions.  This in accordance with the American Medical Association and in the interest of maintaining ethical  integrity in our public health laws.

As we learn more about vaccines the necessity of informed consent becomes even more aparent.

National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC)
The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) is a national charitable, non-profit educational organization founded in 1982. NVIC launched the vaccine safety and informed consent movement in America in the early 1980’s and is the oldest and largest consumer led organization advocating for the institution of vaccine safety and informed consent protections in the public health system.
International Medical Council on Vaccination – A Resource For Physicians & Laypersons
The International Medical Council on Vaccination is an association of medical doctors, registered nurses and other qualified medical professionals whose purpose is to counter the messages asserted by pharmaceutical companies, the government and medical agencies that vaccines are safe, effective and harmless.  Our conclusions have been reached individually by each member of the Council, after thousands of hours of personal research, study and observation.

Vaccine Papers  — An Objective Look at Vaccine Dangers
Provides detailed, science-based and objective information about the dangers of vaccines. We are most concerned about aluminum adjuvant toxicity and immune activation-mediated brain damage. Vaccine Papers is the first to make this hugely important scientific research accessible to the public.

Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System

About the VAERS Program

“The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a national vaccine safety surveillance program co-sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VAERS is a post-marketing safety surveillance program that collects information about adverse events (possible side effects) that occur after the administration of vaccines licensed for use in the United States.”

The VAERS website includes information on how to report an adverse event, information for healthcare professionals and vaccine manufactures, and VAERS data.

Limitations of VAERS data

“When reviewing data from VAERS, please keep in mind the following limitations:

VAERS is a passive reporting system, meaning that reports about adverse events are not automatically collected, but require a report to be filed to VAERS.  VAERS reports can be submitted voluntarily by anyone, including healthcare providers, patients, or family members. Reports vary in quality and completeness. They often lack details and sometimes can have information that contains errors.

“Underreporting” is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS. The term, underreporting refers to the fact that VAERS receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events. The degree of underreporting varies widely. As an example, a great many of the millions of vaccinations administered each year by injection cause soreness, but relatively few of these episodes lead to a VAERS report. Physicians and patients understand that minor side effects of vaccinations often include this kind of discomfort, as well as low fevers.  On the other hand, more serious and unexpected medical events are probably more likely to be reported than minor ones, especially when they occur soon after vaccination, even if they may be coincidental and related to other causes.”

FDA licensed vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe”   2011 Supreme Court ruling

“There should be no liability shield for any industry making products that are used by humans, especially products mandated by government for use by everyone. There should be no liability shield for professions promoting and administering products that can injure and kill, especially when people are forced to use the product or lose the right to an education, medical care, health insurance and employment.”
